You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop any automatic renewals or future billing, and will still have access for the remainder of the subscription period you have already paid for. 

 


Manage or cancel a subscription through Roku


To check whether the subscription is being billed and managed through Roku, go to my.roku.com/subscriptions—it will be listed here. You can also check your billing statement: Subscriptions billed by Roku will show up on as a charge from “Roku,” "Roku for ___ ," or "The Roku Channel." 


On the Roku website


Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions.

Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel. These are only subscriptions through Roku. See the following for how to manage other types of subscriptions.

Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

After canceling your subscription, you'll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.


On your Roku device


Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.

Press the Star button on your remote.

Select Manage subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.

To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Your subscription will now only be active until the end of its billing cycle.

If you don't have an account yet, this means you are new to LES MILLS+, and can get started with whichever subscription type you like! To sign up through the Roku TV app, please look for our LES MILLS+ app in the Roku app store. It's a black background with a white L+ logo. Then follow the onscreen instructions to sign up. We have partnered with Roku to provide customers the option to sign up directly through the TV app and Roku platform via Roku Pay. For these accounts, Roku also handles the subscription and account management. If you have questions regarding your bill or managing your subscription or account, I would recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance.
