If you have been given temporary access within your gym app (you have a module called Virtual Workouts) due to the COVID-19 situation, you will be notified and automatically cancelled when this temporary access expires. You will receive a prorated credit for the remainder of the month that you had left of your Base subscription, which will be applied to the next payment. If you're downgrading from Premium to Base: Your new subscription content will not begin until the next billing cycle starts, at which point you will be billed as per your new chosen plan. If you did not sign up for a LES MILLS+, and are unsure why you received an email stating that you have a new LES MILLS+ account, this is probably because your gym has signed you up. Many gyms have taken up an offer to keep their members moving - and this has been a surprise to some of their members. If you have other questions relating to your gym’s closure, we again ask that you please contact your gym directly, as our support staff will be unable to help with these queries.
