LES MILLS+ provides access to workouts on a variety of popular devices, in addition to our website. To access the platform, all you will need is a high-speed broadband connection! We recommend a speed of at least 500kbps for the lowest quality setting.

Our new Base tier is unfortunately not available for TV apps, so please refer to the chart below for our recommendations for each device. (To learn about our subscription tier options: Please see article LES MILLS+ membership options: Premium or Base)

Watching via the website on Base or Premium:


You can access the LES MILLS+ website platform from almost any device you have on hand! All you need to do to access is to head here from a supported browser, sign in to your active account, and you are ready to go.

Watching via your phone and/or tablet on Base or Premium:


In addition to our website, LES MILLS+ workouts are also available through our apps on the following devices.

To find our app, search for 'LES MILLS+' in the app store of your device. Our app has a black background and white L+ logo. Once downloaded, simply sign in with your email and password to access our content. Please note that if our app does not appear in your search results, it may not be available for your specific device version.


NOTE: Mobile data connection speeds and streaming quality will vary by carrier. We recommend downloading videos to your device if traveling to areas with limited internet connectivity - you can find out how to do this here

Watching via your TV on Premium (you can cast from mobile app to your TV on Base):


To stream LES MILLS+ via your TV, you can use the following devices to download our TV app:


If you do not have one of the above devices allowing you to download the app on your TV, you can try cast/screen mirror using the following instead:
  • Chromecast: connect a Chromecast to any TV and you can stream straight from another device
  • AirPlay: connect an Apple TV (4th gen model A1625 and software version 17.3) to any TV and you can stream from another Apple device
  • Cable: connect your laptop to your TV using an HDMI cable

Please be aware that our new Base tier is currently not available for TV apps.


TV browser: If your Smart TV has a web browser, you may be able to stream our content that way, but it is not recommended, and we are unable to provide support. Most TV's run outdated versions of web browsers that are not secure, and do not let customers install newer or alternate versions. We continually update our software, therefore cannot guarantee that any web browser working now will continue to work in the future.
