1. On the iOS device, tap to open SETTINGS and make sure you’re signed in with your Apple ID 

  2. Tap the INITIALS ICON for your profile and tap on SUBSCRIPTIONS

  3. Your LM+ subscription that is active should have a checkmark next to it 

  4. To change to a different subscription tier option, tap the tier you are interested in (you can also click on the diamond icons throughout the app if you're upgrading from Base to Premium subscription tier)  

  5. A popup will confirm your information, tap SUBSCRIBE

  6. You’ll be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID, enter your password, and tap SIGN IN 

  7. A popup will confirm your subscription 

  8. Another popup will confirm it was successful 

  9. Now you will see that the other subscription option has a checkmark next to it to show it’s active
     
  10. Open the LM+ app and enjoy!

How does it work? Do I lose my current subscription time? 

Your new subscription will not start until your current one has finished, at which point you will be billed as per your new chosen plan.  


I don't have an account yet. What do I do?


If you don't have an account yet, this means you are new to LES MILLS+, and can get started with whichever subscription type you like! Please see here for instructions on how to subscribe. We have partnered with Apple to provide customers the option to sign up through Apple using Apple Pay. For these accounts, Apple also handles the subscription and account management. If you have questions regarding your bill or managing your subscription or account, I would recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance.
