We are aware that someone is sending spam emails pretending to be a member of the Les Mills team. These will not be sent from an official Les Mills email address ending in @lesmills.com and may include a forged invoice containing your personal identifying information as well as a fraudulent subscription charge that should not appear on your bank statement. Do not respond to the contact in these emails or provide any of your personal details, especially credit card details, to the contacts in these emails. Unless you have signed up for a subscription through our official website, lesmillsondemand.com, you do not need to be concerned about us charging you for a subscription or holding your payment details. If you do see suspicious activity on your bank or credit card statement contact your bank and payment provider immediately. You can better identify phishing and malicious spam emails as they will often have one or more of the below characteristics: - Urgent action demands. - Poor grammar and spelling errors. - An unfamiliar greeting or salutation. - Requests for login credentials, payment information, or sensitive data. - Offers that are too good to be true. - Suspicious or unsolicited attachments. - Inconsistencies in email addresses, links, and domain names. What is changing? We’re making changes to the ways you can access LES MILLS+ workouts. From October 2025, you will be able to only access Les Mills workouts via the LES MILLS+ mobile, tablet and TV apps. This means the LES MILLS On Demand (LMOD) mobile and tablet apps will no longer be accessible. If your app looks like the image below, you have the LES MILLS+ app installed. You don't need to do anything-- you're good to go! If your app looks like the image below, you have the LES MILLS On Demand app installed. This change affects you-- read on to find out next steps. What does this mean for me? What should I do? Almost all our members are already using the LES MILLS+ app. If you are already using the LES MILLS+ app, you don't need to do anything. You can continue to log in and access your favorite workouts. This change only impacts those still using the older LES MILLS On Demand (LMOD) mobile and tablet apps to access their workouts. If you are still using the older LMOD mobile and tablet apps to access your workouts, please switch to the LES MILLS+ apps now. Simply, follow these 3 steps: Download the LES MILLS+ app on your mobile and tablet device: Google Play Store and Apple Store Log in using your existing account details. Log out of all LMOD mobile and tablets app and delete these apps. Why the change? We're all about creating motivating fitness experiences that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere, and we invest heavily in ongoing development and tech enhancements to make this happen. The old LMOD app is based on a technology platform that is no longer supported. With this in mind, we are shifting to focus on investing solely in the development of the LES MILLS+ apps and giving our members a superior experience time after time. When is this happening? We recommend shifting to all LES MILLS+ mobile and tablet apps now. All LMOD apps have not been updated with any new workout videos for some time, and from October 2025 you will no longer be able to download and log in to any LMOD app. Why is using the LES MILLS+ app better? The LES MILLS+ apps has improved stability and features. Currently, using the LES MILLS+ app is the only way to access the latest workouts, new training plans, and exclusive offers and special deals. From October 2025, LES MILLS+ will be the only available apps that give you access to the platform. Can I still use the same login details? Yes! Your LES MILLS+ account will not change. If you’re already using the LES MILLS+ app you do not need to do a thing. If you’re using the old LMOD apps, simply download the LES MILLS+ app and use your existing account login details to access your workouts. You do not need to create a new account. Having trouble logging in? Our team can help. Can I still access my workout history? Yes! Your workout history and saved workouts are pinned to your account. When you log in to the LES MILLS+ mobile and tablet apps all of your training information will appear. Will I need to pay more? Not at all! You only pay the one LES MILLS+ membership, and this remains the same when you use all LES MILLS+ apps. Can I still access my workouts through a web browser instead? While we'd recommend using the LES MILLS+ app as it has more exciting features, you may still access your account and workouts via our website. Where can I find out more? Want extra support?
