Changing your LES MILLS+ subscription from Premium to Base through Google Playis a quick and easy process, and is only a few taps away! Please follow the below steps:
Open the LES MILLS+ app and SIGN IN with your LES MILLS+ account credentials and go to the PROFILE tab. Then go to SETTINGS and under MY ACCOUNT, tap SUBSCRIPTIONS
Tap CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION
Use the toggle to select between the MONTHLY and ANNUAL options. Then tap on the BASE box to select and highlight that subscription to change to. Tap CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION.
The confirmation window will pop up. Tap OK.
Congratulations, you have successfully changed your Les Mills+ subscription through your Google Play account; you are now able to watch all of the workouts in our Base library! Please let us know if you have any questions, or need any help with your account.
How does it work? Do I lose my current subscription time?
Your new subscription will not start until your current one has finished, at which point you will be billed as per your new chosen plan.
I don't have an account yet. What do I do?
If you don't have an account yet, this means you are new to LES MILLS+, and can get started with whichever subscription type you like! Please see here for instructions on how to subscribe. We have partnered with Google to provide customers the option to sign up through Google using Google Pay. For these accounts, Google also handles subscription and account management. If you have questions regarding your bill or managing your subscription or account, I would recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance.
