You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop any automatic renewals or future billing, and will still have access for the remainder of the subscription period you have already paid for.
To cancel through the Google Play Store:
- SIGN IN to your Google Play account
- Tap on PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Tap on SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Tap to SELECT the LES MILLS+ subscription from the list
- Tap the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button
To cancel through the LES MILLS+ app:
- Open the LES MILLS+ app and SIGN IN with your LES MILLS+ account credentials and go to the PROFILE tab. Then go to SETTINGS and under MY ACCOUNT, tap SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Tap on the LES MILLS+ Subscription
- Tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- A survey will pop up asking why you decided to cancel. Tap a selection and then tap CONTINUE
- A window will pop up asking you to confirm, tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

If you don't have an account yet, this means you are new to LES MILLS+, and can get started with whichever subscription type you like! Please see here for instructions on how to subscribe. We have partnered with Google to provide customers the option to sign up through Google using Google Pay. For these accounts, Google also handles subscription and account management. If you have questions regarding your bill or managing your subscription or account, I would recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance.
