You may already be using both the LES MILLS+ and LES MILLS On Demand apps so please read ahead to ensure you have the right app and app version installed. If you’re still using the older LES MILLS On Demand app, you’ll need to switch to the LES MILLS+ app before 31 Mar 2026.

Please read ahead to ensure you have the right app and app version installed. If you’re still using the older LES MILLS On Demand app, you’ll need to switch to the LES MILLS+ app before 31 March 2026.


If you are only using the LES MILLS+ app, you don’t have to do anything.


What should I see in the App Store?


You should see:

  • A single LES MILLS+ app listing “LES MILLS+: home workout app”

  • Version: 3.37.5

  • Clear LES MILLS+ naming (no “On Demand” naming in the title)


You should not see:

  • The “LES MILLS On Demand” app 

  • If you still see an LES MILLS On Demand listing, you should ignore it and install or use the LES MILLS+ app instead.

All LES MILLS On Demand apps are no longer supported


The LES MILLS On Demand app will be fully shut off and will not open or play workouts at all before 31 Mar 2026.  To avoid disruption, switch to the LES MILLS+ app as soon as you can.


Make sure to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app

You need to delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your iPhone and iPad device before 31 Mar 2026.

  • App store listing: This app is no longer listed in the App store, however the app may still be installed on your device

  • App name: “LES MILLS On Demand”

  • Version: 9.100.1


To delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Locate “LES MILLS On Demand” on your Home Screen or in the App Library.

  2. Touch and hold the app icon until a menu appears or the apps start to jiggle.

  3. If a menu appears, tap Remove App. Otherwise, tap the Remove (–) icon in the upper-left corner of the LES MILLS On Demand app

  4. Select Delete App to remove it completely from your iPhone or iPad.

  5. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete.

I have an Apple TV device (TVOS)


If your device already has the LES MILLS+ TV app installed, you only need to update it in the app store on your Apple TV device.


Update the LES MILLS+ app on your Apple TV device to the latest version

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.

  2. Open “LES MILLS+: home workout TV”.

  3. Tap “Update”.

  4. Updated version should be 10.0.0


What should I see in the App Store?

  • A single LES MILLS+ app listing “LES MILLS+: home workout TV”

  • Version: 10.0.0

  • Clear LES MILLS+ naming (no “On Demand” naming in the title)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Manage apps & device.

  4. Go to the Manage tab and locate LES MILLS On Demand.

  5. Tap the Trashcan Icon and select Uninstall.


To delete the LES MILLS On Demand app from your Android SMART TV device:

  1. Press the HOME button on your remote control.

  2. Navigate to Google Play Store and select it.

  3. Go to My Apps on the left pane.

  4. Select LES MILLS On Demand.

  5. Choose UNINSTALL and confirm by selecting OK.
