Why is the app changing?
The updated LES MILLS+ Fire TV app will be available as of July 20 NZDT! We've worked to make sure the experience is consistent across all your LES MILLS+ platforms, and we'll continue working hard so you can get uninterrupted access.
How do I get the new Fire TV LM+ app?
Your Fire TV should update the app automatically if automatic updates are enabled.
- To update manually: Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > LES MILLS+ > Update.
- To turn on automatic updates: Settings > Applications > Appstore > Automatic Updates.
Will I need to log in again?
Yes, after updating to the latest version you will be asked to sign in. Scan the QR code on screen or follow the link shown and use your existing LES MILLS+ account details.
If you've forgotten your password, reset it via a web browser here.
Will I lose my account or subscription, do I need a new account or need to cancel first?
No, your subscription continues as normal. Sign in with your existing LES MILLS+ credentials.
Which Fire TV devices are supported?
LES MILLS+ supports Fire TV devices running Fire OS 6 or above. You can see your version of Fire OS by going to Settings > Device > Fire TV and looking at the "Software Version" details.
My device isn't supported. What are my options?
LES MILLS+ is available on a range of devices including mobile, tablet, web, Android TV, Apple TV and Roku. If your Fire TV device is running Fire OS 5 or earlier, the app may still work but we can't guarantee a consistent experience. For the best experience we recommend a device running Fire OS 6 or above. You can read more about device options here.
What if I can’t find the new LES MILLS+ app or it's not working correctly?
Make sure:
- Your TV software is up to date
- You’re searching for 'LES MILLS+' in the TV app store
- Your Fire Operating System version is updated to at least Fire OS 6 - You can read more about how to update your system here.
What happens if I don’t switch?
The old LES MILLS On Demand app will stop working eventually. When this happens you won’t be able to play workouts or log in.
