Updating your personal details on your account is a quick & easy process, and can be done at any time via your account page! Please follow the below steps. Changing Personal Details Click here to sign into your account At the top right corner of the page, hover over your profile bubble then select MY ACCOUNT in the drop-down menu Select ACCOUNT DETAILS as highlighted below From there, you can change any of your details and select SAVE to save your preferences Below that section, you can also change your password and then select CHANGE PASSWORD to save this change Changing Email Preferences If you would like to change your email preferences, select the toggle button to switch this on or off as below. Green, and switched to the right, is on. FAQ I've changed my email address, now what? Once you have changed your email address, please sign out of all of your devices, and re-login with your new email address. You can update your personal and payment details at any time from the My Profile section of your account, in just a few quick steps! Please note, you will need to login to the website first to be able to access your account page. We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal. Please note: We do our best to charge your card in your local currency. In some countries, though, we are not able to do so and will therefore offer the subscription to you in US Dollars or Euros instead. The currency will be noted in the registration process and subscription confirmation email. Changing Payment Details Click here to go to the sign in screen At the top right corner of the page, hover over your profile bubble then select MY ACCOUNT in the drop-down menu In the Payment Details section of your account page, click UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS To change your payment method, select one of the other ways to pay: CARD or PAYPAL If you select PayPal, a pop-up will prompt you to sign in to your PayPal account and use the PayPal checkout Once you've gone through those steps it will bring you back to the Update Payment Details Screen, where you can select SAVE Please note: It is currently only possible to update your payment information through the website and not our apps. Furthermore, if your subscription has become canceled, you won't be able to update your payment details - you'll need to re-subscribe to LM+ and in doing so you'll be able to enter in your new card information. Your payment will automatically try again in a few days, and as long as you have updated your details there is nothing else you need to do. Your access will continue as usual, too, so you aren't missing any workouts! I am seeing an error bar at the top of my account page. What does this mean? If you are seeing the below error, please try clicking refresh, or try again later. If the issue persists, please clear your cache & cookies, or use an incognito/private browsing window. LES MILLS+ is a recurring subscription service, meaning that at the end of each period you will pay for the next period. The length of this period depends on your chosen subscription type, such as monthly, 3 monthly, or annual. Example Scenario 1: The customer is on the annual plan and cancels 5 months into that plan. The customer will continue to have access for the remainder of the year, and there will be no further charges for the customer. There is no pro-rata refund. Example Scenario 2: Customer is a returning customer and signs up for the monthly subscription. As the customer has already used the platform, there is no trial, and payment is taken straight away. The customer cancels just after sign up. In this scenario, the customer will continue to have access until the end of the month they signed up for, and there will be no further charges. There is no pro-rata refund. For more information please refer to LES MILLS+ Terms Of Use. FAQ Can I try it out first, to see if it is for me? We offer a free 14-day trial to all new customers, so you can try out our entire portfolio of workouts, articles, and schedules! If you’re not satisfied within the 14 days, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged. You must cancel 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal or end of trial to prevent being charged. If you would like to know your subscription end date, recent purchases, or payment history you can visit My Account. Can I get a refund? Since everyone starts with a free trial, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions. This is a subscription service where you pay up front for access to the platform for a certain time period. You will continue to have access for the time paid for after cancelling. How do I see my previous & upcoming payments? You can view your payments at any time from the subscriptions section of your account page. You will need to log in first to be able to access your account page. Select MY ACCOUNT in the drop down under your profile bubble at the top right corner of the page. Why did my payment fail? There are two most common reasons why a payment may fail. Expired payment details: If your old card has expired and you have new payment details, please ensure that you update them on the system to continue access. Some banks enable expired cards to still be processed a couple of months after they have expired, so this might be relevant even if your new card came through a couple of months back. Blocked charge: If there is not enough money in your account, then the bank will block the charge. Please ensure there are enough funds in your account when payment is due to ensure that you still have access. Please see here for instructions on how to update your payment details. You can reset your password at any time, via either the sign in screen, or from your Account page if you are already signed in! Enter your email address, and select SEND RESET CODE Please leave this page open while you check your email, as you will need to come back here If you have a valid subscription, you will receive an email from us with a unique 6 digit code Please note that this code is not your new password, it is a code to reset this Enter that code into the screen that appears after Step 3, and select RESET MY PASSWORD Sign in with your new password, and you are good to go! To continue using LES MILLS+: Please contact your club or facility directly, as they may have recently partnered with Les Mills to offer you, as a club member, a discounted subscription to LES MILLS+. If your club or facility is no longer offering LES MILLS+, you can still get access by adding a standard subscription in your existing LES MILLS+ account. You will need to login to your account first, go to MY ACCOUNT, add a subscription by selecting MY SUBSCRIPTIONS, then CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION, and follow the prompts. To cancel using LES MILLS+: If you are trying to cancel and are following the cancellation steps and cannot see the cancel button and see a screen like the one below with the payment method set as Activation Code you'll need to contact your club or facility directly to cancel your account.
