If you've already tried redeeming your activation code and you're receiving an error message or the account isn't successfully being created, we'd suggest the following: 1. Clear your cache and cookies on your web browser for all time. 2. Open an incognito browser window. 3. Open the email you received from us and click on the activation link again. If you're still experiencing issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here. My activation code has expired. It's important to note that activation codes expire 6 months after you complete your purchase. If your link has expired, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team here. If you have purchased an equipment bundle that includes a LES MILLS+ subscription but you already have an active LES MILLS+ subscription, you can add the subscription that comes with your equipment purchase to your Les Mills+ account at any time and you will not lose any subscription time you have already purchased or added to your account. When you activate it on your current account, your existing subscription's next billing date will be pushed out by the amount of time attached to your free subscription (i.e. if you've received a 3 month LM+ code, your next billing date will be pushed off by 3 months). Don't worry though, once that free access ends, your regular subscription will resume. This way, you won't lose any time on the subscription you've already paid for. Once you have completed the checkout journey for an equipment bundle that includes an LM+ subscription, you can start your subscription right away using the link provided on the order confirmation page, which appears as soon as you've successfully completed your order. Alternatively, you can redeem your subscription in the future using the link included in the separate email you receive on the same day as your purchase.
